Welcome to LimonCrafts, LLC,  an online health and wellness store specializing in handmade herbal and aromatherapy products. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our website and make a purchase. By using this website, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

All products sold on our website are handcrafted with natural ingredients. Due to the nature of our products, variations in color, texture, and scent may occur. We do not guarantee that our products will have the same appearance as depicted on the website.

Our products are intended for use only as described. Please perform a patch test before using any product, especially if you have known allergies or sensitive skin. We are not responsible for any adverse reactions that may occur from the use of our products. Please note that Limoncrafts, as an organization (and its employees), can not diagnose, treat, or cure your disease or illness. What we can do is offer botanical products to assist with supporting your body's natural processes based upon available research and practitioner training/ knowledge, after you have received advice from  a licensed medical practitioner.  If you have unexplained pain or symptoms, seek medical advice.

4. Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept various payments, as outlined on the website. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

5. Shipping and Delivery
We offer shipping to all states within the USA. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.

6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with proof of the defect or damage. We reserve the right to request the return of the defective product before issuing a refund or replacement.

Terms and Conditions for Online Services

When booking and participating in a consultation ( online or in person) with LimonCrafts LLC and its employees, I acknowledge and confirm that I understand the following policies and terms. 

1. Booking Policy

  •  Eligibility: Customers must be 18 years or older to book consultations. For minors, a parent or guardian must be present during the consultation.

  • Consultation Hours: Consultations are available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (local time). Weekend consultations are available upon special request.

  • Booking Process: Appointments can be booked through our website or mobile app. You will receive a confirmation email once your appointment is successfully booked.

2. Payment and Refund Policy

  •  Consultation Fees: Payment is required at the time of booking. Prices for consultations are clearly displayed on the booking page.

  • Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and select digital wallets.

 3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy​

  • Full refunds are available if a cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the appointment.
    Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable but may be rescheduled.
    No refunds will be provided for no-shows without notice.

  • Customer-Initiated Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time through your account on our website or by contacting customer support.

  • Company-Initiated Cancellations: In rare cases, if we need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule.

  • No-Show Policy: If you miss your appointment without prior notice, the consultation fee will not be refunded. You may rebook at a later date with a new payment.

4. Consultation Conduct Policy

  •  Preparation: Please ensure you are in a quiet, distraction-free environment for the consultation. For video calls, make sure your camera and microphone are functioning properly.

  • Health Information: Please have any relevant health information (e.g., allergies, medications, medical history) ready to share with your consultant.

  • Consultation Platform: Our consultations are conducted through secure video conferencing software. A link to join will be sent to your email 10 minutes before the scheduled time.

  • Consultation Duration: Each consultation typically lasts 30 minutes. If additional time is required, please discuss it with your consultant.

5. Privacy and Confidentiality Policy

  • Personal Information: We collect only the necessary personal and health information required to provide a personalized consultation and product recommendations. Your information will be handled in accordance with privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).

  • Confidentiality: All discussions during consultations are confidential. Your personal information will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

6. Product Recommendations and Customization Policy

  • Consultation Outcome: During the consultation, our experts will recommend specific aromatherapy or herbal products based on your needs and preferences. The client understand that achieving wellness requires your time and commitment to your own good health, whether through diet, exercise, or stress relief, and that LimonCrafts LLC and its employees do not guarantee any particular outcome.

  • Customization: We offer personalized product blends based on the consultation. These custom products will be made specifically for you and shipped within 3-5 business days. Some exceptions may apply and will be communicated. 

  • Allergies and Sensitivities: Please inform your consultant of any allergies or sensitivities during the consultation. We will not be responsible for adverse reactions if full health information is not disclosed.

7. Shipping and Returns Policy

  • Product Shipping: All products recommended and purchased after consultations will be shipped within 3-5 business days, with tracking information provided. This does not include customized products that must be made in special orders. 

  • Returns: Due to the handmade and customized nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

  • Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damaged item for a replacement or refund.

8. Emergency and Medical Advice Policy

  • Non-Medical Services: Our consultations focus on wellness support through natural products and aromatherapy. These services do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed healthcare provider.

  • Emergency Situations: If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please contact your local emergency services immediately.

  • Consultant Disclaimer: Our consultants are certified aromatherapists and herbalists, not licensed medical professionals. Always consult your healthcare provider before making any changes to your health regimen.

9. Customer Responsibilities Policy

  • Accurate Information: It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete health information during the consultation. This ensures we can recommend the most suitable products for your needs. The client understands that botanicals may be contraindicated with certain health conditions and medications. For this reason, the client confirms that s/he has had a general physical from a medical doctor within the last 12 months, and have disclosed any conditions diagnosed and/or medications currently being taken during the consultation. The client also agrees to notify all of your health care providers of any herbs, essential oils, dietary supplements, or other supplements that s/he may be taking.

  • Follow-Up: After your consultation, you may receive follow-up recommendations via email. It is your responsibility to review and follow these recommendations for best results.

  • Product Use: Always use our products as directed. For any adverse reactions, discontinue use and consult with a healthcare provider.

  • Judgment and Free will: You are under no obligation to follow any recommendations made by the consultant.

10. Feedback and Complaint Resolution Policy

  • Customer Feedback: We welcome feedback to improve our services. After your consultation, you may be asked to fill out a brief survey.

  • Complaint Resolution: If you are dissatisfied with your consultation or product, please contact our customer service within 7 days. We will work with you to resolve any issues.

In consideration of acceptance as a participant in this private consultation session and by booking the session, I ( the client) for myself, heirs, executors, administrators and assignees, do hereby release and discharge LimonCrafts LLC or any of its employees from all claims of damages, demands, or actions whatsoever in any manner arising from or growing out of my participation.

Return Policy 

At LimonCrafts LLC,  we are dedicated to offering high-quality products. We understand that sometimes you may need to return items, and we aim to make this process as easy and straightforward as possible. Please review our online return and refund policy below:

 

When you receive your items, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the box/package to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at LimonCraftsSelfCare@gmail.com.

 

To investigate the problem, we’ll need your order number, email address, shipping address, and phone number. Please be sure to retain the shipping box, packing materials, and damaged items in case we need to provide them to the carrier as proof of damage during transit.   If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, at no additional expense to you.  

Return Eligibility

  • Products Eligible for Return:

    • Unopened items in their original, sealed packaging.

    • Non-perishable products that have not passed their expiration date.

    • Items returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Products Not Eligible for Return:

    • Opened or used products (except in cases of defects).

    • Perishable items (e.g., supplements with short shelf lives).

    • Customized or special order products.

    • Products purchased more than 30 days ago.

    • Items marked as "Final Sale."

At LimonCrafts LLC, we are committed to ensuring that your orders are delivered promptly and safely. Below is the detailed information about our shipping methods, packaging practices, and costs.

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Delivery Time: 5-7 business days.

    • Cost: $5.99 or free on orders over $50.

    • Carrier: USPS

  • Expedited Shipping:

    • Delivery Time: 2-3 business days.

    • Cost: $9.99.

    • Carrier: USPS

2. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. These items are handmade so please factor in time for the products to receive the LimonCrafts quality approval check. Custom items may take longer. 

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the items and the selected shipping method. Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping.

  • International Shipping: Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and the destination country. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected upon delivery.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment online using the tracking link provided in the email. If you encounter any issues or need assistance with tracking, please contact our customer service team.
